Returns For Replacement
All returns for replacement must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All items returned for a replacement must be in be in original packaging, with all original labels attached.
Returns For Refund
All returns for refund must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All items returned for a refund must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original labels attached.
To return an item, please call (800) 264-5281 or email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a return shipping label. Have your order number ready to help expedite the process. A return shipping label will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Package your item, attach the label provided, and drop off your packaged item at any UPS shipping facility.
Please note, you will be responsible for shipping costs on any returned items if you do not use the return shipping label provided.
Replacements and Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
